Application of Isaiah 5:1— 7

The US crisis in politics and the Christian faith

 

 

 

Isaiah 5:1—7 “Now let me sing to my Well-beloved a song of my Beloved regarding His vineyard: My Well-beloved has a vineyard on a very fruitful hill. He dug it up and cleared out its stones, and planted it with the choicest vine He built a tower in its midst, and also made a winepress in it; so, He expected it to bring forth good grapes. But it brought forth wild grapes.

And now, O inhabitants of Jerusalem and men of Judah, Judge, please, between Me and My vineyard, what more could have been done to My vineyard, what I have not done in it? Why then when I expected it to bring forth good grapes, did it bring forth wild grapes?

And now, please, let me tell you what I will do to my vineyard: I will take away its hedge, and it shall be burned; and break down its wall and it shall be trampled down. I will lay it waste; it shall not be pruned or dug, but there shall come briers and thorns. I will also command the clouds that they rain no rain on it.”

For the vineyard of the Lord of hosts is the house of Israel, and the men of Judah are His pleasant plant. He looked for Justice, but behold, oppression; for righteousness, but behold a cry for help.”

 

 

Please bear with me, as I run Isiah’s parable of the Lords Vineyard or Isiah’s song, past our inquiring minds. Or that is how mine started out, inquiring yes. After we have a glimpse into the Old Testament parable. First, the vineyard is Israel and the vinedresser (owner), and after God prepared and planted them in a perfect vineyard on a hill. Think about it, if God did so much in blessing Israel, it would stand to reason, that He would expect good fruit. However, He knew the nature of His people, He knew he would again be disappointed, and the fruit would be wild, or worthless, no good.

Fast forward and the application are not to Israel but to another nation He blessed a new nation for His Christian People. And over the process of over a century and a half that His choicest vines that He expected good fruit, again knowing our nature almost a third of the vines died and there is a vile evil organism slowly consuming additional vines in this great vineyard the United States of America.

It is my opinion that “Modernism,” Liberalism, Liberation Theology and “Social Justice,” Socialism, Communism, and the Democrat National Committee, the top echelon of the of the over-stuffed bureaucracy, which means every agency and department in the Federal Government is suspect of being managed by socialists or at least radical liberals and New Republican (progressive) RINO globalists.

I do realize that when linking various radical leftist groups that we run into a lot of ridicule by naming everyone a “Conspiracy Theorist” as we link and research radical groups, there is some very good sites that use the legal system to obtain credible documents from government agencies and through their own investigative resources that link the organizations in a web of other organizations and funding resources. There are some big names internationally, who donate to several foundations owned by a few big money people who fund or control hundreds of leftwing groups. Bringing your attention to the organized socialists have in place, what we use to call “connecting the dots” Politicians who are getting extremely wealthy by protecting the Shadow Government (Bureaucracy), politicians are protecting vile and violent paid marchers, thugs and rioters who are supported by global wealthy elite socialists through several front billionaire elite’s foundations. Foundations, that look like a spider’s web, all inner connected and difficult to follow its feeder sources that connect a whole network to its evil head.

It was not that difficult to discover for conservative investigators to find the money and follow the trail. We know that money came from several sources and for various reasons BLM (Black Lives Matters) riots with mayors and governors taking orders from Obama, for the police to stand down and let the riots play out. Let me say this all this has taken Satan a while to do what he has taught socialists, communists, and globalists that must be done in order to swing a nation to these ideologies.

One thing is to control what the schools teach in primary and secondary education, then control what is taught in higher education. Then control the press and information media. Then it is simple to teach what they want in order to control a whole generation. Control the children, take parents out of the picture except for babysitting, destruction of the family and family values. Sometime in the fifties or sixties, the American peopled were beguiled by a destroying demon to turn God’s people against Jesus and His principles.

Years ago I was developing a series of sermons based on what would cause people to follow the enticements of Satan, both, Christian and heathen, however the fault is not with the brainwashed heathens, but also of the Christians who have accepted liberal theology and liberation theology, and looking for a way for escape ridicule and targeting from the once social scumbags, now are proud of their rebellion against God, the nation, our Constitution and our way of life.

I have written a hundred or more sermons and articles on the Seven Sins, a couple is found here, fairly short ones concerning all the seven sins, and individually each sin and the Seven Churches of Asia Minor (Rev. 1-3). Sin, Satan’s very essence of life, sin is anything that separates us from the intimate relationship with Jesus. Not just the sins are written in the law but anything, anything that sidetracks us from the first commandment, to love God above all. If we fail that, then we will be easily enticed by any sort of sin, any sort of evil.

When God’s people who He planted in His vineyard started to worship other God’s … yes, even ourselves, our families, our jobs, money, friends, we become so involved in our world that we fail God, for whatever reason we fail our first commandment. We find that somewhere along the way we have put our daily Bible reading and devotions on the Sunday shelf, then for only a few hours a day, and all the ridicule of the world around us even from the politicians who we trust to do what they say over trusting God and his values. There are no good grapes.

All have sinned and come short of the glory of God. Consider this: ‘all have sinned and come short of producing good grapes?’ Let’s get really honest with ourselves. This sort of self-honesty ranks among the very top in difficulty when it comes to self-evaluation. Liberal (progressive Christianity), has made a mockery of God’s Word, the Protestant Bible. They have mocked scripture and used it to accuse the saints, with paronomasia ridicule and one is “We are all Sinners,” from we all have sinned and come short of the glory of God,

God is all love, and to love your neighbor as yourself, take care of the poor, and many others that are used by liberal Christians as well as liberal socialist political delusionary heathens when they misuse the Bible to ridicule and bully Christians. Somewhere along the way, Christians have gone to sleep on the job, the job of staying vigilant and the discernment of spirits, and after all, all that stuff about putting on the Armor of God is just for Sunday school children. No God does not make light of His Word be it in a loud and thunderous voice that shakes the pillars of the Temple or written as in the Bible. It is our obligation to know the warfare of the enemy, it is our obligation to be alert and ready to fight the spiritual battle.

Don’t tell yourself that spiritual warfare is not a vital part of producing good grapes. The owner of the vineyard actually doesn’t expect perfect grapes, just good grapes, He understands our limited growth, but what He is disappointed in is His choice vines not paying attention to their grapes. Some call me harsh, but I am used to stepping on carnal Christians, and if not carnal, some hide in the shadows praying that no one notices they are Christian for fear of ridicule for trying to live as much of a pleasing life for God as best they can and still be accepted by the worldly heathens who will turn and ridicule them and God for their faith.

Can’t say as I blame some of the vines, as their watchmen and caretakers have become afraid to preach sermons from the Bible, concerning sin, Satan, his demons and imps, they’re casting the evil delusions over heathens and putting fear in the hearts of the saints. Preachers, many of them, have sought an easy preaching ministry, in an easy church, where their main focus is to please the itching ears of the “money members” and went with the fraud of political correctness from the pulpit. They have played with the Word of God and fell asleep during their calling of watching and caring for their sheep, (vines).

Spiritual health is crucial to what type of fruit we as Christians produce. We absolutely require proper Bible Study and Biblical Sermons, and the Pastors need to understand and practice preaching the Word, the whole Word in the Spirit and truth, without regard to who is sitting in the pews then making it applicable to the congregation. The congregation must receive a wholesome and fit diet, to produce acceptable fruit. God told us of what He expected, “good grapes” and was disappointed by the “wild grapes.” God was not disappointed because the fruit was less than perfect, God does not expect perfection from His imperfect people, as was exemplified in Jesus, but He does expect our level best at being a Christian, and boldly give an account for the faith that is in us. If that means being ridiculed, beat down, or even die for our Jesus, that is the expected “good grapes.
