This is the real issue … not the electoral college — make sure voter id certifies that the voter is a LIVING CITIZEN of the registering district and that they can’t register in more than one district, thereby, insuring one living citizen has the opportunity to vote once.

Mueller wants “collusion”? The illegal aliens voting, and interfering with the electoral process, those people, colluded with the Russians. What is required, is to institute Voter Biometric Identification. I will go one step further and say that some form of aptitude test should be administered, because too many vote because someone promised something or they are expecting something in return for a vote. The illegal aliens are unlawfully compromising elections. Prosecutions are needed rather than, a wink and a chuckle.
