I think people don’t like to admit it but no matter the ‘social issues’ most all of us vote our pocketbook. Keeping potatoes on the table can bring the hypocrite out in all of us. I think the only cure is to live our lives dependent upon God and not these corruptible politicians that our wrongly placed faith has given too much power.
