  1. It affirms that, (A) With Constitutional Carry, there are added responsibilities and obligations; (B) We are, our brother’s keeper.
    God, Country, Nation. Look out for the other fellow. Place the needs of others before our own needs. Give grace, thanks, and praise, to the Almighty for our humble blessings. It’s all, Common Sense.
