The Nevada Rancher who was roughed up by the FBI for filming the removal of his cattle from a large portion of his land, because the government classified his land to protect an endangered species, (a turdle). so in effect it actually is a government land grab under the endangered species act…. great post.
ESA is a weapon in the hands of enviros. Way to shut down a lot of activities, intimidate and interfere with farming.
