This is not the first time Biden put such callous traits on full public display
In Bidenโs withdrawal of American troops from Afghanistan, billions of dollars of weapons, armaments and equipment was left for the Afghan Taliban.
Within 15 minutes of the time when this column was being written, the Taliban ultimatum for getting Americans and their allies out of Afghanistan would have already come into effect. Kabul is eight and a half hours ahead of Washington, D.C.
D-Day for thousands of people left behind in Afghanistanโincluding little kids โbecause of the eight-hour difference starts today, not tomorrow, August 31.
This column is being written now to remind all those in the masses praying faithfully for the many left behind in Kabul that the tears destined to be shed by the Biden administration and Democrats, will be crocodile ones.
Biden had the hypocrisy and unmitigated gall to show up at Dover Air Force Base when the bodies of 13 U.S. military personnel were returned to American soil on Sunday. The soldiers were killed in the terrorist bombing at the Hamid Karzai International Airport and the nearby Baron Hotel.
Biden and his White House cabal would call being at Dover when the bodies were returned paying their last respects and honoring protocol, while many would call it a cruelty beyond measure for their heartbroken loved ones, an action undertaken in poor taste and an outrageous lack of respect for Americaโs latest fallen heroes.
This is not the first time Biden put such callous traits on full public display.
When the solemn transfer of the remains of four Americans were returned from Benghazi to the U.S, in an airport hangar, where four flag-draped hearses with rear doors open waited for the caskets, Joe Biden, then vice president, was there.
โThe remains of U.S. Ambassador to Libya J. Christopher Stevens and three other Americans landed on U.S. soil Friday afternoon in flag-draped caskets. (CNN, Sept. 15, 2012)
โThe four men were killed in an attack this week on the U.S. Consulate in Benghazi.
โThe other men killed in Libya include Tyrone Woods and Glen Doherty, both former Navy SEAL commandos working as diplomatic security officers. The fourth was Sean Smith, an information management officer who also had an online alter-ego legendary in the gaming world.
โThe Obama administration initially thought the attack was carried out by an angry mob responding to a video, made in the United States, that mocked Islam and the Prophet Mohammed. But the storming of the mission was later determined to have been a terrorist attack.
โTeams of seven Marines carried the caskets off a C-17 plane at Joint Base Andrews in Maryland in a ceremony attended by a color guard and a chaplain, Army Col. Wesley Smith.
โPresident Barack Obama and Secretary Hillary Clinton gave remarks.
โFamilies of the victims and dignitaries were seated facing the hearses and a lectern.โ
โThereโs no doubt these are difficult days,โ said Obama. But he pledged that โthe United States of America will never retreat from the world.โ
More than ironic that due to his vice president who is now president, the United States of America retreated from Afghanistan, pulling all troops out before civilians nine years after Benghazi.
โFour Americans, four patriots, they loved their country and chose to serve it and serve it well,โ the president continued. โThey had a mission and they believed in it, and they knew the danger and they accepted it. They didnโt simply embrace the American ideal, they lived it, they embodied it: the courage, the hope and, yes, the idealism.(CNN)
โWe will bring to justice those who took them from us,โ Obama said.
โClinton said that Libya, Egypt and Tunisia โdid not trade the tyranny of a dictator for the tyranny of a mob.โ Those countriesโ leaders โneed to do everything they can to restore securityโ in the face of anti-American protests arising from an โawful Internet video,โ she said.
โClinton said the four victimsโ lives โ as well as all people who work in the Foreign Service โ โare at the heart of what makes America great and good.โ
โAmerica must keep leading the world. We owe it to the these four men to continue the long, hard work of diplomacy,โ Clinton said. โWe will wipe our tears and stiffen our spines and face the future undaunted.โ
โDefense Secretary Leon Panetta and Vice President Joe Biden also attended the ceremony.โ
โAsked what the Libyan government was doing to ensure security, (head of Libyaโs ruling General National Congress, Mohammed Al-Megaryefal) Megaryef answered, โWe are doing our best to avoid further attacks.โ But he acknowledged that authorities had little capacity to defend against the powerful extremist groups.
โState Department Under Secretary Patrick Kennedy has said that the attack appeared to be planned because it was so extensive and because of the โproliferationโ of small and medium weapons at the scene. He was briefing congressional staffers when he offered that theory.
โBut on Thursday, three U.S. officials told CNN that they had seen no evidence the attack was premeditated.
โA team of FBI investigators is expected to be in Libya by Saturday, a source with knowledge of the investigation told CNN. Agents are first conducting interviews outside the country to gather information about the attack, the source said.
โObama vowed Thursday that those responsible for the attack would be brought to justice.
โI want people around the world to hear me. To those that would do us harm โ no act of terror will go unpunished. It will not dim the light of the values that we proudly present to the rest of the world. No act of violence shakes the resolve of the United States of America.โ
A โproliferationโ of small and medium weapons were left at the scene in Benghazi.
In Bidenโs withdrawal of American troops from Afghanistan, billions of dollars of weapons, armaments and equipment was left for the Afghan Taliban.
Meanwhile the majority of mainstream and social media are calling tomorrow, Tuesday, Aug. 31 as the day when the Taliban put their ultimatum to the U.S. into effect.
But It already happened at 3:30 p.mm, EDT today.
